1. Application

These Terms apply to all relationships between us and users concerning use of the App.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

3. Subscriptions

• Some features of the App are offered through a paid subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account, and the subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• After purchase, you can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew in your device's App Store account settings.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you must not engage in any of the following acts.

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that infringe the rights or interests of us or third parties
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the App, or unauthorized access and similar acts
• Reverse-engineering, modifying, or redistributing the App

5. Your Content

Rights to the content you enter into the App belong to you. We handle that content only to the extent necessary to provide the App and deliver its features.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the App is fit for your particular purpose or operates without interruption. We also do not warrant the accuracy or usefulness of results generated by AI features.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as necessary. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the App or on this website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. However, this does not deprive you of the mandatory rights afforded to you as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
